[MapProxy] WMTSCapabilities.xml serving ResourceUrl as http for https server when using another port

Hi,

Try setting the X-Forwarded-Proto header before forwarding the request onto
MapProxy. See https://mapproxy.org/docs/nightly/deployment.html#http-proxy
for details.
