[MapProxy] How do I get these tile sets overlayed with transparency?

Hey Michael,

I am only able to comment on your first question: I have been at occasions pleasantly surprised by map sources in editor-layer-index (https://github.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/tree/gh-pages/sources) and JOSM's imagery catalog (https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps). I can recommend these.
