  msautotest: Fix interpretation of test output comparison in mstestlib (#7249)

This fixes a regression from 64a706f6f598e8bc912a2c0713cc4228e8805f44 were a
feature to skip some differences in test output was incompletely removed.
Before this fix it will skip all non-matching results and report them as success.
