 Hi There,

 Here is output format description to output one raster swf for all the layers in
the map file.

        NAME swf
        MIMETYPE "application/x-shockwave-flash"
        DRIVER swf
        IMAGEMODE PC256

 I have updated the also the wiki pasge with this
