Try the following search on google: routing +"c" +Dijkstra 
It will give you lots of hits regarding one (Dijkstra) of several routing
algorithms. If you follow some of the links you'll probably find c sources
for several other routing algorithms.

At least one of the hits
"http://computer.howstuffworks.com/routing-algorithm4.htm" contains a c
implementation of Dijkstra's shortest path algorithm.

Hi Listers,

I'm in search of a routing algorithm that can be incorporated with 
mapserver.

Can anybody help me to find out one.

Is their any downloadable solutions.
