[Mapserver-dev] whether i must build all mapserver libraries ,if i want to change the source file of the gd library?

      I want to show the chinese characters,so i must change the source file of the gd library;
whether i must build all mapserver libraries,include regex,gdal libwww etc.I am a new user,it's
very diffcult to config and build all libraries,special with win2000 enviments.
