[Mapserver-dev] ALPHACOLOR?

Steve, and all,

We found a new keyword called ALPHACOLOR in the 4.0/4.1 source and also 
a new ALPHACOLOR_ENABLED compile flag, but there seems to be no mention 
of this anywhere in the docs.  This compile flag doesn't seem to be 
enabled by default either.

Is this ready to use or is it just the beginning of some work to support 
ALPHA in color values?   Should something be added to the docs and the 
configure script for this?
