[Mapserver-dev] OGC ServiceExceptions and invalid layers

Download from http://geos.refractions.net/geos-cvs.tar.gz
./configure ; make ; make install

See doc/examples for an example program. Also source/test for some 
other examples. The Doxygen is also online at the geos.refractions.net 
site.
