[Mapserver-dev] MapServer CVS - does it support access via SSH?

My new DSL modem/gateway's firewall is dummy-proof and blocks port 2401
with no recourse that I can find.

Is cvs.gis.umn.edu configured so that I can port forward over SSH?  My
first impression is no, because I just tried to ssh to cvs.gis.umn.edu
and it rejected my login.
