Yes, but not using MapScript. This is mainly because there's no
CGI-style ASP interpreter, as there is for PHP and some other scripting
languages.

There are many discussions in the archives about ways to use ASP and
MapServer; just searching for "ASP" will get you a lot. If you'd like
specific help, please tell us more about what you're trying to do.
