[Mapserver-dev] Error building CVS version...

I'm getting an error:

mapdrawgdal.c: In function `msGetGDALGeoTransform':
mapdrawgdal.c:1237: warning: implicit declaration of function
`msOWSGetLayerExtent'

and ultimately and undefined symbol.

I'm not building with any of the OGC services enabled which may be the
problem. Ideas?
