Lars,
OK, I see the resulting problem. Can you file a bug (and have it assigned
to me) that shows the steps to reproduce this? Ideally a mapfile with just
the WMS layer, and a mapserv request that will generate the slightly offset
result.
I *suspect* that the world file attached internally to images fetched from
remote WMS'es is off by half a pixel and this is causing a sampling error
or offset.
