Raster layers and WMS / WCS

Tom,

I believe the comment means that you aren't supposed to try and serve
layers with CONNECTIONTYPE WMS via WCS.  I am not exactly sure why that
is, but I suspect it is something to do with the fact that WMS layers
can't be internally queried for detailed information on data type,
resolution and other information important to WCS.

I am quite confident there is no restriction on offering regular raster layers
by both WMS and WCS.  What is less clear to me is how you restrict whether
a layer is offered via WMS or WCS.  I guess just by ommitting required metadata
for that service?
