sderaster.h - version problems?

Havard,

Yes there should be a version check.  For 4.4, SDE raster will be listed as 
"experimental", similar to WCS support in the previous release and will 
have to be explicitly turned on.

The symbol to do so will be -DUSE_SDERASTER
