[Mapserver-dev] Layer TYPE TILEINDEX and PostGIS

Hi Developers,

Really nice tool this mapserser!!!

Nevertheless I found a small bug: In 'mappostgis.c' in the function 
'msPOSTGISLayerGetShapeRandom()' in the switch statement the case for the 
layer type MS_LAYER_TILEINDEX is missing. I copied everything from the 
MS_LAYER_POLYGON case and everything works.
