DWithin using a polygon on MapInfo tab file (OGR)

Hi list,

I was trying to perform a DWithin request (Mapserver WFS) on a Mapinfo layer (OGR), but Mapserver crashes.

I then tried converting the Mapinfo file to shapefile and everything worked fine, so this is probably a bug somewhere.

I have opened up the following bug report with a testcase/attachment:

Maybe somebody knows whether or not this has been fixed in CVS?
