Access to *.gis.umn.edu

For the last two weeks, my home computer has been blocked from access
to machines in gis.umn.edu.  For reference, my upstream router is
24.68.228.1.  I can hit www.umn.edu though, so it does not appear to be
university policy that is causing this.  Any help from the
administrators? I initially hoped it would just go away on its own, but
it appears to be a permanent fixture.
