While we are talking about postgis, there are a couple of very bad
mappostgis.c bugs that need attention.  For example:
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1199.  Let's get this
one fixed before 4.4.2, whadaya say?
