workspace in VC++

Luigi,

  It basically means compiling the dependencies (zlib, gd, etc), creating a
project, adding the mapserver source files, then setting the location to
dependant libraries.

  I found it much easier to edit mapserver's nmake.opt file to set the
location of the dependencies, then use VC++'s nmake on the command line.
There's a few notes in the nmake.opt file on the steps.

  I've attached some of my old notes on using the VC++ IDE to compile
mapserver, but since they are out-of-date they are no longer completely
accurate.
