WFS client problem on Windows 2003, conti nued

Sorry, I don't actually have the latest code on my machine...  Due to how MS
changed IIS around, it would probably have the same affect on the argv[0]
I don't know if MapServer uses it either, sorry.  Really the only reason I
mentioned this at all is because is is the one major difference we have
found with IIS on win2003 and XP SP2.

thanks for your reply.

But there is no call in the Mapserver source code to the GetModuleFileName
function, so how could this be the cause?
