3 files missing in 4.4 branch?

I believe the current policy is to not keep these generated files in
CVS.  Instead you have to generate them from the appropriate input
files using flex and bison.   If you are building on windows it may
be easier to also prepare a unix build, and copy the derived files
from that.   Thats what I do.
