3 files missing in 4.4 branch?

Bart,

The GNUWin32 project has windows binaries for flex and bison, among other
things.  You might want to try these.  The project URL is
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net and you can download packages from
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages.html.
