Ready for 4.6-beta2?

Hi Daniel,
    For Oracle Spatial I believe that the items can be:
      - Support for 3D data; (bug 1144)
      - Support for geodetic query's in Oracle Spatial operators; (bug 1211)
      - Added the support for getextent function; (bugs 1111, 1112,
1136, 1214)
      - Added the support for Oracle compound polygon; (bug 1212)
