Just an update, the patch that allows PHP/Mapscript to build without the PHP source is up on bug 1354 (assigned to mapserver-bugs at dmsolutions.ca). I have tested it an it seems to work on a fresh CVS build on Linux w/Apache 2.x and PHP 4.3.8. If there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know. Bill
