Cartoline and LINEJOIN

All,

I am wondering if there is a bug using LINEJOIN to override a LINECAP
using cartoline symbols.  An example image is located at
<http://hobu.biz/software/cartolines.jpg/image_view_fullscreen>.  For
example, the one on the far right has LINECAPS of triangle, but the
LINEJOIN is defined as round.  It doesn't appear as though the joint
is actually rounded, however.

Is this the expected behavior?  Does a LINEJOIN trump an already
existing LINECAP, or vise versa?
