Folks,

I would like to submit Normand Savard for CVS commit access.  He
is responsible for quality assurance at DM Solutions, and has been
working to extend the msautotest test suite.  The msautotest is in the same
CVS repository as mapserver, hence the need for commit access for
direct maintenance.

Consider the matter up-for-vote.
