5.0 Release Planning - IRC Meeting (all welcome)

Hi all: Just wanted to get this on everyone's calendar. Let's meet to
chat about a 5.0 release on Wed., August 9th at 12:00 US Central (17:00
GMT) on the MapServer IRC channel. An agenda would include:

  - naming a release manager (I assume Daniel?)
  - RFC status
  - bug prioritization
  - ImageMagick renderer
  - tentative schedule

So, please review any development plans you might have or want done for
5.0. This is not just a developer meeting, so any interested party is
more than welcome to contribute or just lurk about...
