One thing I would really like to implement over the next six
months is moving MapServer to the OGR C API.   I will need to
extend the OGR C API to include some of the style stuff which
is currently preventing that.  I intent to pursue this unfunded.

I also have a client interested in better "cross dateline" support,
and improvements to the horizon projection handling stuff.

PS. I hate ".10" versions since some people will mix up
4.10 with 4.1.0.   I would rather call it 5.0.
