MapServer CVS has been branched

Hi everyone,

Please take note that the MapServer CVS source tree has been branched a 
few minutes ago for MapServer 4.8 (cvs tag: branch-4-8).

The CVS HEAD is now development version 4.9, and fixes for the final 4.8 
release (or later point releases) should be done under branch-4-8.
