Authentication (Re: Feature polls...)

Since DACS has been mentioned, I thought I ought to add that it is now callable by virtually any script
(perl, php, etc.) to make access control (authorization) decisions.  This feature can be used not only by
CGI programs, but by any application, web-based or not.

The latest version, DACS 1.4.10, was released today.
