OSGeo Contributor Agreement Review

Hi folks: The OSGeo incubation committee is looking for feedback on the proposed
contributor agreements. The idea is developers would sign such an agreement before
is could be accepted by an OSGeo project and as part of the incubation process 
projects would try to collect as many of these from past and current contributors
as possible. The documents are available for review at:
