OSGeo Contributor Agreement Review

Note that there is some interesting talk about the need for these at all on the
osgeo IRC channel. Might want to checkout the log if you can. Eric Raymond
had a lot to say.

Out of curiousity. How many folks would NOT sign such an agreement? Would
the mere presence of such a thing scared you away in the first place?

Hi folks: The OSGeo incubation committee is looking for feedback on the proposed
contributor agreements. The idea is developers would sign such an agreement before
is could be accepted by an OSGeo project and as part of the incubation process 
projects would try to collect as many of these from past and current contributors
as possible. The documents are available for review at:
