I vote +1 too.

I just edited the RFC to turn the open questions into "review comments" 
and added a couple of comments from discussions on IRC a few minutes 
ago. The contents of the RFC itself has not changed since Friday, just 
the comments at the bottom.

So vote on RFC-18 is open now.
