version 4.10 missing from bugzilla picklist

It's there, between 4.1 an 4.2 in the list. Unfortunately this version 
of bugzilla doesn't allow any control on the order in which versions 
appear in the list (however it does offer control on the order of the 
target milestones). I dunno if newer versions of bugzilla fix that.
