By my count we have Howard, Daniel, Stephen, and Steve have voted +1.

There have been no objections other than some concern about use of
PROCESSING, and a suggestion to add this to the 5.0 roadmap and establish
a tracking bug so I will declare RFC 21 *PASSED* unless there is some
objection from the chair.

I have added RFC 21 to the roadmap.  I will now set up a tracking bug, and
I plan to implement the feature over the next week or two.
