Idea for MAPSERVER 5.0 and WMS TIME support.

Hi,

For version 5.0 it would be nice to display a "timestamp"?

Something that would display the "real" TIME field used to fetch the data.
With WMS, when rendering a picture for a specific TIME range, this TIME
range is currently lost.
Is it possible to display it somewhere on the picture?
