MapServer Project Update

OSGeo is working on the first edition of the "OSGeo Journal", and we've 
been asked to provide a MapServer Project Update.

I would like to invite you to review our project update page in the wiki 
and add any relevant information directly in the wiki or forward your 
comments via the list:

Note that their original plan was to have the first draft of the Journal 
completed tomorrow, so we should make sure our page is as complete as
