(it is only defined in maplexer.c as 'int msyylex_destroy  (void)',  
so I think the compiler is doing the right thing anyway)

mapgd.c:998: warning: 'drawVectorSymbolGD' defined but not used
(is this function going to be used in the future, or is it leftover  
from something?)

mapagg.cpp causes my compiler to spasm.  Most warnings look to be  
AGG's fault though.  Yay templates :)
