AGG build and test with current SVN

how is that layer defined? -  if its a polygon, then indeed I didn't
implement dashed outlines. will have a look

2) font got bolder and smaller and lost the outline color


in progress...

3) font seems to have lost (c) symbol. Is this using the ttf I specify?


I have no idea on this... will look
