msautotest issues on Windows

Tamas,

If you can zip up the msautotest tree for one or more of these cases,
I can do a visual inspection.  I have an OpenEV "tool" that makes it fairly
easy for me to step through the failures and compare the images.  But
pulling files 1 by 1 by http doesn't seem like much fun.

It is unfortunate but floating point differences between different
builds results in differences in results.  On Linux I find 32bit vs.
64bit is different and 32bit optimized is different than 32bit debug.
The differences are all pretty subtle though.

The "gdal" and "misc" test sets all pass with the "msx fgs" optimized
builds on linux which I've been using as my reference platform.
