Still having problems w/ definition of symbol 0

Hmm, maybe we've just been staring at it for too long and are cross-eyed :)

Assume you mean the "END" after "GAP 24" in symbol 17. 

I went back and checked the actual symbol file to see whether or not the 
staff member who emailed me their relevant snippets had included the 
2nd END or if this was just a cut & paste artifact.

They did had the extra END in their symbol file, and now when it is 
removed the layer renders OK.
