PerceptualDiff and msautotest

Folks,

I have implemented support for PerceptualDiff in MSAutotest.  If you have
the perceptualdiff executable in the path the msautotest will use it as a
"last chance" way of comparing images.  If perceptualdiff considers the
images to match the test will report "result images perceptually match,
though files differ." and the result is considered to be a success.

I have updated the msautotest howto accordingly.
