font problem

I face a problem with fonts in mapserver. I type the following command...

http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=/ms4w/Apache/htdocs/tmp/getf.map&MAXFEATURES=20&SERVICE=WFS&VERSION=1.0.0&REQUEST=GetFeature&TYPENAME=DIMOI&SRS=EPSG:4326

DIMOI is a shapefile with greek names (greek fonts) in the attribute table.

The gml file I get back  has unrecognized fonts. 

Any suggestion ?
