mapserver svn - AGG and PostGIS issues

Um. ANTIALIAS ... do we need this keyword for AGG? We didn't
before, so I assumed this would just happen automatically. If this
changed then it is possible that my map file is incorrect.
Re #2, I heard a rumour that hobu may have made some changes that
might be related, I was kinda hoping to hear from him :)
