MapServer Commits List

Folks,

I have created, and connected a "mapserver-commits" mailing list that will get
email for each commit to the MapServer subversion repository.  I've found it
an effective way of tracking developer activity, and is especially useful for
a very "quick skim" of changes going on to identify possibly poorly
conceived changes.
