MIME type image/wbmp

Ah, ok.  I wonder how other WMS server packages encoded wbmp as.  I
haven't seen wbmp in other servers from an initial search.

FYI in the 1.1.1 DTD, Format is loosely defined as <!ELEMENT Format
(#PCDATA) >, which can be anything.

You're right; image/vnd.wap.wbmp seems to be the definitive way to
define a wbmp MIME type.  I'm not sure of the history of image/wbmp in
MapServer or how it got there, however.

I also wonder on how much image/wbmp is used.  Would be interesting to
hear other dev's thoughts here.

	not the CITE test, a Dutch standardization body named Geonovum
has created their own testsuite to test for the Dutch WMS profile.
That's the one which is complaining about this MIME type.

		        Looking a bit on internet it seems the MIME type

		        Is this something that Mapserver is willing to
