Motion to Release 5.0 (was Re: No IRC meeting tomorrow)

Although RFC 34 doesn't explicitly state it, in the interest of  
properly spreading blame for our release equally, I request a motion  
that baring any last minute critical bug, we release MapServer 5.0 on  
Monday.

Additionally, I think we should write up a press release expounding  
the virtues of 5.0.  I don't know how we would go about such a thing  
though.

/me starts with +1 on releasing 5.0 on Monday.
