That's probably related to the changes I made for 
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/2673 yesterday, but I don't 
understand why we get that unresolved _msGettimeofday symbol since it's 
defined for _WIN32 in maptime.c/.h .,.. and it's already been in use in 
other files for a while.

I'm not setup to build on Windows at the moment, so if someone has an 
idea...
