[mapserver-dev] Breaking changes in the SVN trunk!

Hi All,

I've found very strange effects caused by the recent changes in the trunk.
The most specific problem is around the java a c# tests may be due to
a change in msDrawRaster somewhere. The error message is:

msDrawRaster(): Unable to access file. raster.tif using full path
raster.tif;msBuildPath: Unable to access file.

The python tests are also appeared to hang on the windows slaves. For more info:

Some other problems out there are more difficult to interpret, but I
hope those will also be better when this one is corrected.
