The FGS self-installers for MapServer 5.2 Beta 3 is available at 
http://dl.maptools.org/dl/fgs/releases/1.0/1.0.0/self-installers/.  The 
MapServer 5.2 Beta 3 base module, php module and python_mapscript module 
can also be downloaded from  
http://dl.maptools.org/dl/fgs/releases/1.0/1.0.0/modules/ for those of 
you who only wants to upgrade their existing installation.
